Form Limitor use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Form Limitor is a Google Forms add-on that helps users manage choice limits and related notifications for their forms.

Information We Access

Form Limitor may access information from the Google Form where the add-on is installed, including form questions, choices, responses, and settings needed to count selections and update available choices.

The add-on may also access your Google account email address when needed to operate the add-on, send configured notifications, or respond to support requests.

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide add-on functionality, including storing limit configuration, counting responses, updating choices, running triggers, and sending notification emails requested by the user.

We do not use Google user data or form data for advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, selling to data brokers, determining creditworthiness, lending purposes, creating unrelated databases, or training artificial intelligence models.

Data Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose Google user data or form data to third parties. Data accessed by Form Limitor is used only to provide and maintain the add-on's functionality.

We may disclose information only if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain add-on configuration and count data only for as long as needed to provide Form Limitor's functionality or as required by law. You may delete add-on configuration from your forms, stop using the add-on, or revoke the add-on's Google account permissions at any time.
